Welcome to the download page for the APS Forms Update.  Periodically ARC has revised its application forms in APS (Application Processing System) Software, the forms can be obsolete and ARC can not process such an application.  You should use this page ONLY if you have previously downloaded and installed the APS 4.0 software prior to 6/1/02.  Once you complete the Forms Update, you will be able to continue to use your APS software to process all APS 4.0 applications, including the newly added forms.  If you are an ARC Accredited entity and have previously entered into an APS application and agreement with ARC, this Forms Update does not affect your agreement, and you will be able to submit applications electronically to ARC, just as you have in the past.
